Detail description

1. The important parts on the 1-ton excavator are all from developed countries: Japanese hydraulic main pump, Italian main valve, Italian swing motor and travel motor.

2. The excavator's hydraulic pipeline is imported from Germany, with uniform thickness of the pipe wall, which can effectively withstand high pressure, and at the same time has good flexibility and anti-fatigue properties, ensuring that the excavator can work normally under various working conditions.

3. 100 kg counterweight is added at the back of the machine, and the center of gravity of the excavator is shifted backward, which can effectively balance the forward force when digging, and make the machine more stable in the process of digging. For example, when digging hard soil or deep excavation, this improved stability allows the operator to control the digging movement more accurately and reduces the reduction of digging accuracy caused by machine shaking.

4. The whole compact excavator has been treated with shot blasting, pickling, phosphating and plastic spraying, which increases the adhesion of paint molecules and makes it smoother, more durable and non-decoloring.

5. The machine is added with a pressure reducing valve device, which can sense and limit the excessive pressure in time, preventing it from exceeding the limit value that each component of the hydraulic system can withstand, thus avoiding the rupture of oil pipes, damage of seals, failure of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors and other key components due to pressure overload, and prolonging the service life of the whole hydraulic system.

6. Optional function:

The length of bulldozer can be adjusted according to the working range, and the working height of bulldozer can be raised upward by 15 centimeters and lowered downward by 15 centimeters.

7. Optional function,retractable track:

The tracks can be extended from a minimum of 830mm to a maximum of 1000mm. when working in confined spaces such as narrow passages, doorways or between buildings, the tracks can be retracted to reduce the overall width of the excavator, allowing it to pass through these confined areas without difficulty. For example, when working indoors for demolition or in an orchard between rows of fruit trees, the contracted tracks allow the excavator to move in and out of the work site easily. When working in more open areas, such as large land leveling or digging trenches, the tracks can be extended to increase the stability of the machine.

8. Optional function,swing boom:

The boom can rotate 60 degrees left and right, which enables the excavator to adjust the digging angle without moving the body frequently, effectively avoiding the situation of not being able to work due to space constraints, and improving the working efficiency.

9. Optional function,Close Cab

Small excavators installed closed cab can effectively block the external noise, creating a relatively quiet working environment for the operator. For example, in urban construction or road maintenance site, there may be traffic noise and other construction machinery around the noise, closed cab can make the operator from interference, reduce the noise damage to hearing, so that the operator in a more comfortable environment.
